It is a ‘personality-based’ business at present, with the Principals of Meeting Specialists Agenies utilising their personal networks of business professionals to provide (and subcontract) services.

In most recent times, Meeting Innovation has been contracted by several Universities, Scientific, Medical and Research Institutions and the corporate sector to undertake the organisation of annual national and international conferences with attendances ranging from 200 - 500 delegates.
Also, the founder, Ms Jennie Armato has worked on more familiar brand name events such as the Formula One Grand Prix, Avalon Air Show, and Great Australian Science Show.
